Things I got I don’t need #1
Our mind tends to overestimate the need for certain things. That’s why I’ve been avoiding Slickdeals lately—the social aspect and the “good price” illusion make it easy to justify purchases I’ve already decided to stay away from.
Recently I purchased the Wolfbox MF50 air duster and really couldn’t buy it a much worse time. As I am trying to get rid of my mechanical keyboards(yet again). The main justification for buying the duster was to clean them. I overestimated how much dust would actually build up and convinced myself I needed a blower to deal with it.
After using the mini blower on my keyboard, car’s cup holders and couple of other places, I realized it wasn’t nearly as useful as I’d imagined. Turns out I already do a pretty decent job of keeping my keyboard clean. Using the traditional bulb mini air blower is plentiful in getting rid of the dust - YMMV.
